One never fails until they quit and so for me personally, quitting is not an option.  I have read varying stats on the fail or quit rate for speakers.  NSA indicates that each year a full one third of their member’s drop out.  Good news is there are others that join to fill those slots.  In my own observations, many speakers who started when I did are still struggling and others are working hard at working hard and not bringing in the promises they yearn for.
